The Micro-injection metering pump has a wide range of distribution capacity and flow rate.
The factory set discontinuous pulse distribution range of micropump (micro metering pump, electromagnetic diaphragm pump) is 8 to 250 μ L, the pulse frequency of Zui small model and model can reach 2.0 Hz and 1.6 Hz respectively, and the flow rate can be 31.5 ml / min. The micro pump (micro metering pump, electromagnetic diaphragm pump) can achieve high accuracy after the distribution is set, and the relative deviation will not be more than 1%. It is suitable for all kinds of medium and low voltage systems.
1.Self absorption
When the micro pump (micro metering pump, electromagnetic diaphragm pump) is started, the air is discharged first. The large pump can draw 1.3m water column from the pressure free container below. During normal operation, 0.3bar pressure is generated, which is equivalent to 3.5m water column pressure.
2.Inert liquid contact materials are classified completely
Micro pump (micro metering pump, electromagnetic diaphragm pump) liquid flow path are non-metallic inert materials, can be used for highly corrosive liquids. The standard pump body material is PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). Other optional pump body materials are: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), Peek (polyetherketone resin) and Delrin (acetal resin – DuPont company of the United States). The elastic materials for diaphragm and check valve can be: artificial rubber including PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), EPDM (artificial rubber), Viton (the trade name of DuPont’s fluororubber material).

The micropump (micro metering pump, electromagnetic diaphragm pump) is designed for continuous operation to ensure 20 million normal electromagnetic strokes, equivalent to 3000 hours of continuous operation at 2.0Hz.
Guide for use
The diaphragm in the micropump (micro metering pump, electromagnetic diaphragm pump) is controlled by the internal spring. When operating the electromagnetic micropump, first apply the rated voltage to the coil of the pump (suction stroke), and then power off (discharge stroke), so as to cycle. Micro pump (micro metering pump, electromagnetic diaphragm pump) needs square wave signal. In order to achieve ideal output control, 12 V 150 ms or 24 V 150 ms voltage signal can be used, except that 150 SP needs 200 ms working signal. It takes 350 ms (150sp400 MS) for the voltage signal to drop, which can provide the working frequency of 2 Hz (150sp1.6 Hz). In order to achieve the Zui optimal distribution accuracy, the micro pump (micro metering pump, electromagnetic diaphragm pump) should maintain the Zui small power on time and Zui small power off time in one cycle as shown in the table below. If the pump needs to work below the frequency, the power on time must be kept unchanged, and the power off time shall be extended properly.
