Description
The newly developed PP insulator has been used in the top five cable factories in Asia. PP is the main raw material, and dispersant and setting agent are added. Compared with PE, it has a wider range of temperature resistance, stronger support and better electrical performance.
PE /PP Physical Foaming Insulation Material For Communication Cable is mainly used in the manufacturing of RF RF coaxial cable in the field of mobile communication, CATV coaxial cable in radio and television system and railway digital signal cable developed in recent years. The application fields of the above three types of cables are different, and their performance index requirements are also different, so the corresponding requirements for foaming insulation materials are also different.

The above table is for reference only, the actual processing temperature should be based on the technical parameters of the extruder,through the gentle adjustment and practical operation to set.
In order to prevent the increase of the bubble hole in the extruder, the melting section should maintain the appropriate pressure, if the pressure is not enough, there will be large gaps and holes. The selection of the screen, the die core and the die sleeve are all the factors that influence the melt pressure.
