Description
New Type PP Physical Foaming Insulation Material is a new type PP physical foaming insulation material.Compared with chemical foaming, the foaming degree of physical foaming can be improved obviously. Taking PE as an example, thehighest foaming degree reached by chemical foaming is 50%, andthe maximum foaming degree reached by physical foaming is 80%.
The newly developed PP insulator has been used in the top five cable factories in Asia. PP is the main raw material, and dispersant and setting agent are added. Compared with PE, it has a wider range of temperature resistance, stronger support and better electrical performance.
